Grub Customizer is a great application, it allows you to add or edit menu entry and change the default OS boot with GUI. It also allows you to customize the look of your grub menu including changing the background and the fonts of your entry.
The latest version is grub-customizer 5.0.6. ( check it)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:danielrichter2007/grub-customizer
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install grub-customizer

Get Grub-Customizer installer directly from PPA packages page:
For those who don’t want to add PPA, grab the .deb package for your system and click install via Software Center.

(Optional) To remove Grub Customizer, use Synaptic Package Manager or run command in terminal:
